Tuscan Property Developments Inc., is a Vancouver based company active in all aspects of mid-market residential development. Designing and building open-plan Mediterranean style Tuscan Homes. Operations include the acquisition of underutilized properties, where the property’s value may be increased through rezoning, subdivision and/or new home design and construction.

Principals

Mark Peers, Founder & CEO Contact Mark Peers Mark designed and built his first "Tuscan Home" in 1997. Concurrently, Mark has worked in a number of Canadian and American corporate turnarounds, providing hands-on operational management, marketing focus and financial restructuring solutions. As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Peers was responsible for the cultural transformation and successful turnaround of the largest local "moving and storage company" in California. Prior to this, Mr. Peers was Director of Special Projects for Samoth Capital Corp., a Canadian "venture capital firm" specializing in mezzanine financing to residential real estate developments. In this capacity, Mr. Peers’ responsibilities included the sale of a $36 Million nursing home limited partnership and a $50 Million secondary refinancing of the company. Prior to that, Mr. Peers was founder and Chief Executive Officer of the "Canadian Warehouse Club", which he sold to Price Club and which now forms part of the Costco Wholesale Club chain.
